This movie is so fucked up.. the ending just left me staring at the screen thinking AM I LIVING IN THE REAL WORLD?? :S
btw I'd be grateful if somebody tell me is leonardo tricked in the end or he really is a patient...

@Powa2 Things really have moved on!!! i can't imagine (at age 37) how a "14" year old kid could interpret (or handle) some of the material dealt with in this movie, but maybe i'm unaware just how safisticated kids are these days?
